This high pressure drilling pipe cleaning machine for Thomas Services was completely designed including electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics by Cadsolutions. We also provided production and customer prints, along with writing a majority of the patent. This machine uses a system of brushes and high pressure water to clean the outside of the drilling pipe, while an articulating lance with high pressure water is used to clean the inside. Certain parts are customisable to work in conjunction with a customers existing equipment.
